If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from geraldonline.com you can return the unworn goods within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.

• When returning goods the item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box, diamond
  certificate (where appropriate) and the completed detachable return slip (at the bottom of the dispatch note).
  

• For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to geraldonline.com, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.
  

• Earrings can only be returned when the sealed packaging has not been opened. Unfortunately, due to “Health & Safety” laws earrings have to be returned in sealed packaging unless goods returned are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
  

• SO indicates Special Order – these items are Non Standard ring sizes (outside J-Q), all sizes (standard and non standard) of Cocktail Rings, certain sizes in platinum rings and any other item marked SO. Any product that is highlighted with an SO are
  non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing fault. This is because it will have been made to order and therefore cannot be resold.
