DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TIME SCALES

RINGS

When you selected your ring size the availability was indicated. It will be one of the options below:

  • One week - This size will be available soon and despatched in approximately one week. You may then choose from the Postal Options below
  • 2-3 weeks - This size will be custom made for you and despatched in approximately 3- 4 weeks. You may then choose from the Postal Options below

JEWELLERY

  • One week - This size will be available soon and despatched within in approximately one week.
  • 2-3 weeks - This will be custom made for you and dispatched in approximately 2-3 weeks. You may then choose from the postal options below.

POSTAL OPTIONS

FIRST CLASS POST

  • Items up to £:100 will automatically be sent by First Class mail for £:2.50 - this will take 1-3 days for delivery,following dispatch. You will be notified,by e-mail,when your item(s) have been dispatched.

ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY

  • Items over £:100 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery for £:5.50, which is guaranteed next day delivery,following dispatch,and will be delivered between 9am-1pm requiring a signature upon delivery.You will be notified,by e-mail, when your item(s) have been dispatched.

All items are fully insured by us up to the point of delivery.

Currently we only deliver to UK addresses which include the Outer British Isles, the Channels Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. All other addresses will be declined.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and it is unworn, you can return the goods within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund, by completing the detachable returns slip on the despatch note.

  • Your item/s must be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box and diamond certificate (where applicable). If this is not the case a nominal cost will be charged before a refund or exchange can be processed
  • To change your ring size we will either resize or exchange the ring if we cannot resize. i.e. if the ring ordered is several sizes different for the new size required. Further sizing or significantly changing ring size may result in a discretionary cost. Any costs will be discussed before processing.
  • Special Order Rings which are any rings that are outside sizes J-Q, including all half sizes, are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing fault. These will have been made to order and therefore cannot be resold. If you would like to exchange a Special Order ring please contact us on the details below to discuss possible options and charges.
  • Earrings can only be returned when the sealed packaging has not been opened. Unfortunately, due to ":Health &: Safety": laws earrings have to be returned in sealed packaging unless goods returned are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
  • We offer a full year':s manufacturing warrantee on all of our products. However this will become voided if has been repaired, resized or amended in any way by a third party. We will NOT refund white gold rings due to general wearing of the rhodium plating, but WILL re-rhodium plate free of charge within the first six months of purchase. After this time we are happy to carry out the service at a competitive rate.
  • For your own benefit, when returning item/s to Geraldonline.com, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.

How Refunds Are Calculated

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period

By law, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. In this instance we will refund the total cost of your invoice including postage.

Items returned under the 30-day money back policy

If you wish to return your purchase after the 7 days (see above) but within 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item but not the delivery postage charge.

Gift Refunds

If you return a gift purchased for you, you can either exchange for another item or receive a gift certificate for the value, which you may use as part or full payment for future purchases from our website. However we won':t let the person who sent you the gift know about your return.

Please remember that normal returns criteria apply and that the credit will be the price paid for the item only.
