Britney Spears got engaged for the third time! Yes, after two failed marriages (one that lasted just 55 hours!) and two children, Britney Spears has found love again!
She was spotted flaunting her ‘new’ engaged status and her ‘new’ engagement ring at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas just recently. The lucky man that she got engaged to is Jason Trawick, her former agent whom she was dating from quite some time!
Jason with the help of celebrity jewellery designer, Neil Lane designed a beautiful diamond ring for Britney. Jason was very clear that he didn’t wanted a huge over-the-top ring for her, but instead something that represents that ‘she is his princess’! The ring has a tiara style setting as he wanted a crown like ring for Britney. The four carat ring has around 90 diamond set on the platinum band with one sparkling diamond sitting magnificently at the centre. The estimated price of the ring is £58,000!
Media is abuzz about the fact that the size of the rock falls short as compared other celebrity engagement rings such as Beyonce’s 18 carat ring and Kim Kardashian’s huge 20.5 carat diamond engagement ring. But Britney Spears is not complaining. She was quoted saying, “This is the kind of ring a pop icon has when they’re ready for something that means more than just the ring.”
People close to the couple are positive about their relationship. Britney and Jason, both think that this relationship is for keeps and they can’t wait to get married!
