Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified when you place your order.
Timescales will be either 1-2 working days, within one week or 3-4 weeks.
Delivery charges will be based on the value of your order, as follows:

Orders up to the value of £80.00 will incur a £2.00 delivery charge and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post. This can be upgraded to next day Royal Mail Special Delivery for a cost £4.00, requiring a signature upon receipt.

TIMESCALES: Once your order has been despatched you will receive a confirmation email. Your product will then be delivered within 1-3working days if being shipped First Class or by 1pm the following day if being shipped by Special Delivery.
All items are fully insured by us up to the point of delivery.
Currently we only deliver to UK addresses which includes the Outer British Isles, the Channels Islands, Northern Ireland and BFPO addresses. All other addresses will be declined.
Please Note: If you have purchased your product through our Credit Facility company Able To Buy, your order will only be shipped after they have received, processed and approved your request. This process can take up to seven working days. Only then will our estimated delivery dispatch period be applicable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from geraldonline.com you can return the unworn goods within 30 days of receipt for either an exchange or refund.
- When returning goods the item/s needs to be in its original and unused condition accompanied by the gift box, diamond
certificate (where appropriate) and the completed detachable return slip (at the bottom of the dispatch note).
- For your own benefit, when returning an item/s direct to geraldonline.com, we suggest using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This will ensure there is proof of delivery and insurance on the goods whilst in transit.
- Earrings can only be returned when the sealed packaging has not been opened. Unfortunately, due to “Health & Safety” laws earrings have to be returned in sealed packaging unless goods returned are faulty. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
- SO indicates Special Order – these items are Non Standard ring sizes (outside J-Q), all sizes (standard and non standard) of Cocktail Rings, certain sizes in platinum rings and any other item marked SO. Any product that is highlighted with an SO are non-returnable unless the product has a manufacturing fault. This is because it will have been made to order and therefore cannot be resold.

White Gold rings purchased from us will be re-rhodium plated free of charge for up to a year from purchase, after that a nominal charge will be incurred.
